Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Metals & Industrial Manufacturing

Are you a high-performing sales professional with experience in metal processing, heat treating, forging, casting, or precision machining? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in a key territory, working with customers across the metals manufacturing and aerospace sector.

What You’ll Do:
???? Drive new business in metal components, industrial parts, and engineered metal solutions
???? Strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers
???? Collaborate with plant, engineering, and quality teams to support customer needs
???? Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical conferences, and metals expos
???? Provide market insights and sales forecasts using CRM and ERP tools

What You Bring:
✔️ 5+ years of technical sales experience in metals manufacturing, industrial sales, or metalworking industries
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering
✔️ Strong understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, heat treating, or metal forming processes
✔️ CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
✔️ Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events
