The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region. This role will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. In addition, they will establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our Account Executives. Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with all Account Executives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales activity performance Conduct 2-3 field rides per week with Account Executives to coach, develop and improve sales skills Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance Using Sales KPI’s, ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with Account Executives weekly Set a strong example for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits Annually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports NAPC’s Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management Develop and support Account Executives quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure performance What do you need? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity Proven history developing sales colleagues Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment Available to travel as needed Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations Must pass pre-employment background screen Valid driver’s license/clean driving record #Rentokil100 #L1-SM1 Base Pay Range
Yearly: $92,000.00 - $133,000.00 While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
