OCuSOFT is an Eye Care pharmaceutical company seeking the services of a personable, energetic, "can-do" individual for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM). After a 90-day orientation to learn and adapt to the Company’s culture, the RSM will have oversight of a Team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) including hiring, firing, and P & L. TSMs in eye care have a complete focus on delivering medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Opticians in their offices. TSMs also meet with the doctors, staff, and purchaser(s) to directly sell products into the practice as well as market a variety of prescription products through its compounding pharmacy relationship. The Company develops and promotes innovative products that require technical presentations, so the preferred candidate will have good communication skills and be available for overnight travel.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Regional Territory Sales Manager is: · Friendly, Creative, Independent, A multi-tasker · ONLY CANDIDATES WITH OPHTHALMOLOGY SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED · Able to travel overnight (50%). · Individuals must reside within the Los Angeles area. · Organized and possesses good communication skills · Able to "think out of the box." · A college degree is required · Salary commensurate with ability.
