Compensation:
Base Salary: $150,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Six-Month Income Guarantee Provided

We are seeking two Regional Sales Managers to join our high-performance commercial team in the fast-growing cardio medical device market. Each Regional Sales Manager will drive sales strategy, manage key accounts and Territory Sales Managers, and expand adoption of our innovative cardiovascular device portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a proven closer with strong clinical and business acumen, capable of managing complex hospital sales cycles and building relationships with cardiologists, surgeons, and healthcare executives.
ResponsibilitiesThrough your Territory Sales Managers drive sales growth and achieve/exceed territory revenue goals.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with hospitals, cardiology practices, and healthcare networks.
Manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Deliver clinical and business presentations to physicians, administrators, and purchasing committees.
Support clinical teams during product evaluations and cases when needed.
Analyze territory performance and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Partner with marketing, clinical, and executive teams to align territory strategy.
Represent the company at regional and national cardiology and medical device conferences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of proven success managing a team in medical device sales; cardiology or capital equipment experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed multimillion-dollar sales quotas.
Strong network of hospital and cardiology decision-makers a plus.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage high-stakes, competitive sales environments.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
