Position Objective:
Support the Sales department staff with various recurrent and ad-hoc tasks. Contribute to the business development in the region, working in collaboration with all importers of Porsche Latin America and consistently strive for continuous improvement in the sales processes and key performance indicators.
Primary Responsibilities: Support the Regional Sales Managers in a variety of regular tasks such as Pre-Owned Sales, Porsche Approved Sales, Car Sales/Porsche Finder inventory tool management and general ticket support
Data gathering for sales meetings and importer/dealer market visits, generation of sales KPI dashboard, etc.
Generate monthly reports for key Sales KPIs, including but not limited to Demo cars utilization, Test Drives, Sales Funnel, Customer Excitement Score, Pre-Owned Cockpit and Porsche Approved.
Support Regional Sales Managers in extracting and reporting data from systems such as BIC, PVMS, PDSR etc. Develop ad-hoc reports and tools, continuously improving internal controls and processes within the Sales department
Support application, tracking of sales incentive programs and ensure timely processing of all documentation required by PAG
Maintain PPN space for Sales Team
Assist the 15 importers and dealers in 22 countries (South, Central America and The Caribbean) with their requests and inquiries.
QualificationsQualifications
Education: Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Economics/Industrial Engineering or comparable study is required
Languages Spanish and English; German is a plus but not a requirement Experience (Job and Industry): Previous Internships in corporate environments preferred
Experience or knowledge in luxury automotive would be preferred Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to solve advanced problems and troubleshoot complex issues
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel. Advanced Excel knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Proactivity and ability to work independently
Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once
Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
