What you’ll do
Manage key accounts across multiple markets in the NorCal region
Generate your own leads to build new client relationships to support the company’s expansion
Focus on service and maintenance, then upsell to re-roofing projects
Leverage existing referral channels including HOAs, senior living, real estate firms, and roof consultants
What you need
A proven business developer with a hunter mindset
Experience in multi-family or commercial sectors (roofing experience is a plus but not required)
Someone with an existing book of business
Motivated by earning potential and long-term career growth
