As a Regional Sales Representative at U.S. Tsubaki, you will be integral to the promotion and selling of cutting-edge power transmission and motion control products. Your focus will be on generating sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and identifying new potential markets within the construction industry. Your role will directly contribute to the continued growth and presence of our renowned products, ranging from roller chains to engineering class chains and sprockets, in the regional market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Present and sell company products to current and potential clients within the construction sector. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. Identify and resolve client concerns. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and report on performance and market trends. Strong understanding of the construction industry and sales process. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visible leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
