Regional Sales Representative

In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.

Job Requirements

• A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)
• Outside B2B sales experience.
• Work and reside in the Jacksonville Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftopsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet
• Team‑oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, with a business development mindset
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screening
• Authorized to work in the US

• Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses).
