You will report to the Director of Sales, who is dedicated to equipping you with the training and resources needed for success. You will also benefit from robust support in sales, client services, marketing, research, and more. The Mid-Atlantic Region encompasses: Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Transform prospects into clients by highlighting what sets Fisher apart. Engage high-net-worth prospects to assess their financial situations and propose solutions. Educate potential clients about the range of Fisher Investment’s offerings. Participate in continuous training covering advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. Work from home while meeting prospects in person or virtually within your territory. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services. FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred. A proven track record of delivering results over multiple years. Experience with high-volume phone outreach and face-to-face meetings. Compensation Details: This commission-based position offers a $100,000 base salary range with a gradual step-down. Compensation comprises a percentage of estimated first-year management fees plus additional incentives for new business closed.
