About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Vice President to assume a crucial leadership position within our Enterprise Sales team. This role is instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver innovative supply chain risk management solutions. As the successful candidate, you will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers and growing within our existing client base.
Your strategic leadership will be critical in targeting key verticals and effectively forecasting and driving revenue growth. We seek a candidate with a proven record in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience in scaling and leading field sales teams is essential, along with a strong preference for candidates with a background in supply chain, compliance, third-party risk, or procurement solutions.
Ideal applicants will possess at least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or player-coach role. The ability to coach, forecast, and build relationships is vital, as well as a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies. You should thrive in a high-growth, high-change environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
