The successful candidate will be a key leader in the sales organization, responsible for driving regional top-line revenue and company growth. This role demands a business-focused leader with a vision for growth, the ability to evangelize products and services, and a proven track record in both large corporate and high-growth company environments. The RVP will lead a team of 8 enterprise sellers, with a strong emphasis on quota attainment, revenue generation through various channels, and managing a large customer base. Coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team, as well as engaging with strategic accounts and industry associations, are essential aspects of the position. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development in the US, with a strong preference for those familiar with the MEDDPICC sales methodology. A background in sales leadership, particularly with enterprise teams, and experience in the NE Region is required. The role also involves working closely with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop go-to-market strategies and demand generation activities. The ideal candidate will be adept at accurate and timely forecasting, and will collaborate with other team members to ensure the alignment and integration of sales and channel strategies for successful execution.
