RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premiere staffing and recruiting firms for the hospitality industry with specialty in hotel and light industrial arenas, and operations in 7 states that is currently seeking a Regional VP of Sales for their Florida market. Title and level of seniority are flexible. Expansion into other states in the region is also possible. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent compensation, benefits, and incentive plans. Our client has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, and currently has over 3,500 employees. This role is new for our client, and so this is ideal for the impact/growth driven individual. As Regional VP of Sales, you would be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing regional accounts, and building a team of business development professionals across various markets. Key job duties, among others: Implement comprehensive sales strategies for company growth. Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on regional accounts and major clients. Build, recruit, and train a team of Business Development professionals across various markets. Identify and evaluate potential regional targets for expansion and develop entry strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team. Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.
