About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Senior Managing Directors in the acquisition, management, and growth of key client relationships. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner across the go-to-market organization, ensuring data, pipeline, and forecast accuracy to meet business targets. This role involves leading and inspiring the team to exceed revenue quotas, coaching on sales strategies, and working closely with the Enablement team to implement sales methodologies. The RVP will also be responsible for maintaining accurate opportunity data in the CRM, advancing deals, and retaining and growing revenue with clients.
Candidates for the RVP position should have a proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach and inspire talent. Experience in breaking into new business, excellent communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail are essential. The role requires a leader who can work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy of opportunity data and is willing to be on the front lines to help advance and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned domain expert, capable of building and deepening relationships with C-level executives, and driving the company's market strategy and tactics.
