Regional Vice President, Sales- HLS San Francisco

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales reps, driving pipeline generation, deal execution, and quota attainment.
- Oversee strategy and planning, ensuring customer retention and growth.
- Use a data-driven approach to territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Translate Talkdesk’s HLS business objectives into a clear execution strategy for your team.
- Actively engage with customers: participate in key sales meetings, attend QBRs, and build trusted relationships with HLS executives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud, representing our CX vision in the healthcare market.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on healthcare customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Talkdesk HLS solution portfolio, EHR/CRM integrations, and the competitive CCaaS and HLS technology landscape.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in enterprise sales roles, with at least 3-5 years of frontline leadership experience managing Enterprise AEs.
- Proven success leading teams selling into Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts, with deep knowledge of provider, payer, and/or life sciences buying cycles.
- Experience with B2B SaaS in regulated industries, ideally CCaaS, CRM, or healthcare engagement platforms.
- Strong coaching, performance management, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with large-scale healthcare IT implementations.
- Track record of achieving quota as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
Work Environment: Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
