About the Role
As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow Sentacts footprint within your assigned territory. This is a high-impact, field-facing role focused on driving revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities with hospitals and health systems. Youll lead enterprise-level sales efforts, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed annual sales targets for your designated region.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and grow existing relationships.
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including hospital executives, clinical leaders, and IT decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Product to support pipeline generation and tailored outreach.
Maintain a strong understanding of Sentacts platform, competitive positioning, and industry landscape.
Accurately manage forecasting, pipeline, and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce).
Represent Sentact at industry conferences, webinars, and regional events.
Provide market feedback to leadership to inform product roadmap and strategic direction.
Mentor junior sales team members and help foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years selling into healthcare provider organizations.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in complex, enterprise-level sales.
Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital operations, patient experience, and compliance workflows.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (e.g., C-suite, VP-level).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.).
Ability to travel regionally up to 50%, as needed.
