About the position :
As a Regional Sales Representative for our Wind Solution business unit and as part of the sales team, you, together with the Wind Sales Manager, Wind Sales Director, will be driving the Wind business unit forward.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customer acquisition strategies and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Build a solid book of business at the OEM and end user levels, to contribute to and support the short and long-term growth of our business
Customer acquisition & cold calling; expected to use knowledge, skills, industry experience, and contact list to network to win over new customers and business in a concise period.
Identify and understand customer needs, providing expert advice and solution.
Plan and follow up on customer visits, create optimal quotations and ensuring ongoing needs are met.
Monitor sales performance, sales reporting and analyze data to develop frequent sales plans, strategies, and goals.
Ensure the highest level of realization for our products and services, driving both customer success and company growth.
Stay updated on market trends and prospect new business opportunities.
Required profile:
Applicant Background, Education & Experience:
High School Diploma is required & Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
Two or more years with Sales, Operations or up-tower experience in the Wind Industry is required
Knowledge and use of MS office 365 suite of software programs
Ability and desire to travel 2-3 weeks per month
Bandwidth to oversee multiple key accounts while developing new customer accounts.
