Representative Duties: Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
Conduct routine customer service calls
Research and resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Uphold high customer service standards
Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
Meet or exceed quotas in an accountability-based culture Representative Requirements: Must be at least 18+ years of age
Home computer/laptop with internet connection
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Great communication skills
Ability to listen to and understand customer needs
Good problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
