Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, cultivating relationships and understanding their specific insurance needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to match clients with suitable insurance products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve personal and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the insurance products offered, including policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
Client Retention: Ensure clients have a positive experience by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively, contributing to long-term client retention.
Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal regulations concerning insurance sales and ensure all activities are accurately and ethically recorded.
Feedback Loop: Collect and provide feedback to management about client needs and competitive activities to enhance service and product offerings.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Illinois or Wisconsin is required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is highly valued
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to meeting client needs and delivering exceptional service
Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment is necessary
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools
