Base Salary Plus Commission - Entry-level candidates start with a base salary of $35,000-$45,000, plus uncapped commissions. First-year commissions average $30,000-$40,000, bringing total compensation to approximately $65,000-$85,000.

Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $40,000-$50,000, plus uncapped commissions. Top performers typically earn around $65,000- $75,000 in commissions, bringing total compensation to approximately $105,000- 125,000.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting insurance products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Sales field is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation and a desire to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support remote work and sales processes.
