As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, youll play a pivotal role in driving results through advising clients on their property and casualty insurance needs. Using leads provided by the agency, youll focus on educating clients, following the Geoppinger Agency Sales Process, and delivering exceptional service. Your success will be fueled by top-tier training, a collaborative environment, and a competitive earning potential. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $115,000.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales pipeline within the CRM and follow up with prospects promptly.
  • Consistently adhere to the Geoppinger Agency Sales Process for all client interactions.
  • Achieve measurable goals by writing new property and casualty insurance policies.
  • Ensure all required documents are received and signed by clients who purchase insurance.
  • Perform accurate underwriting to ensure policy compliance and quality.

Requirements
  • Licensing:
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience:
  • Previous Allstate Experience required.
  • Demonstrated sales success and a customer-focused approach.
  • Positive mindset, self-driven, coachable, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and upbeat work environment.
