What Youll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, guiding them through our portfolio of insurance products.
  • Identify client needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing service, transparency, and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates to ensure accurate and timely information for clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and compliance documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve client experience.
  • What You Bring:
  • Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith a friendly, customer-first approach.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for potential and existing clients, offering expert advice on a wide array of insurance products.
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze client requirements to suggest appropriate insurance solutions that align with their needs.
  • Product Promotion: Proactively promote and cross-sell insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date information and advice to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to team success.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and comply with legal requirements.

Requirements
  • Licensing: A valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering superior service and exceeding client expectations.
