Responsibilities What You'll Do: Advise new and existing clients on Home, Auto, and other P&C insurance products Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions Manage and grow client relationships with a focus on service, transparency, and retention Meet and exceed sales goals with the full support of our leadership team Stay sharp by keeping up with industry trends, regulations, and carrier guidelines

Requirement What We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate): Licensed in Florida with a 220 or 2044 license or willing to get a non-residential license Preferred: Previous Allstate experience (or similar: State Farm, Farmers, Progressive, USAA, AAA) Previous P&C insurance experience (Home/Auto) highly valued Resides in Florida (highly preferred) but we also welcome out-of-state licensed agents as long as you are able to work Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Coachable, trainable, and motivated to hit sales goals and grow
