Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their rental equipment needs. Provide expert advice on equipment selection, usage, and maintenance. Achieve sales targets by actively promoting rental equipment and services. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment availability and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to rental equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the rental equipment or construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with rental equipment and machinery is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local area.
