Designed to be completed in 18-24 months, there is potential to finish in as little as 12 months. You will assist in operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management. Location: Fort Myers, FL Essential Functions Handle sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitations. Maintain accurate data in the company's marketing database. Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales. Manage rental asset processes, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Achieve Ryder's market share by implementing sales and marketing initiatives effectively. Adhere to company and regulatory compliance at all levels. Resolve customer concerns and disputes to foster ongoing relationships and expand the customer base. Additional Responsibilities Participate as an On-Call Representative based on scheduling needs. Perform other assigned duties as necessary. Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. High energy, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capacity to cultivate professional relationships across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Quick learner with common sense and problem-solving aptitude. Willing to relocate in the region/US upon program completion. Proficient with computers at an intermediate level. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. At least one year of customer service experience preferred. Intermediate computer literacy is mandatory. Compensation Information : The compensation offered may vary based on relevant experience, education, work location, and internal factors. The position may also be eligible for annual bonuses, commissions, or long-term incentives.
