Position Overview: An exciting opportunity awaits you on our esteemed resident services team. We seek an enthusiastic individual to greet and assist all residents and guests within our community. The ideal candidate will respond to resident inquiries, meet basic resident needs, monitor emergency and community systems, and efficiently manage all incoming calls. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or the candidate must be able to obtain them. Additional Requirements: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to remain calm and demonstrate sound judgment in emergency situations. A resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving. Pay Range: USD $15.75 - USD $18.59 /Hr.
