Job Description
In-person residential sales role that combines scheduled warm/hot leads with targeted neighborhood canvassing. Use mapped streets and a quick-quote tool to guide homeowners through options for internet, TV, mobile, energy, or solar, and complete transactions onsite while following a defined field workflow and logging activities in the CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and visit prequalified leads to generate conversations and set appointments.
- Conduct brief needs assessments, demonstrate products, present pricing, and finalize sales in person.
- Meet daily door and conversation targets before moving to new zones.
- Record daily activity and metrics (doors/visits, demos, closes) in the CRM the same day.
- Coordinate installations and activations and transition customers to support teams as needed.
- Attend weekly in-office meetings for coaching, leaderboard updates, and territory planning.
Required qualifications:
- Strong face-to-face communication skills and persistence in field sales.
- Willingness to follow scripts, manage objections, and operate within repeatable processes; coachable mindset.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with a data plan.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation and advancement: Commission-based pay with a paid training bonus and a structured ramp that includes shadowing and ride-alongs. Uncapped commissions with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities. Territories are mapped and supplied with quality warm/hot leads to reduce cold calling. Clear progression paths to Team Lead or Manager-in-Training as operations expand. Target on-target earnings (OTE): $40,000–$60,000+ per year. Travel is limited to a local territory; a mileage policy applies as outlined in written agreements.
