Residential Field Sales Rep – Weekly Bonuses – Coaching (Overland Park)

Local canvassing with warm/hot leads, scripts, and ride-along coaching. OTE $40–60k+.
Combine scheduled warm and hot leads with targeted neighborhood canvassing to assist homeowners in selecting internet, TV, mobile, energy, or solar services. Adhere to an established field workflow, log activities in the CRM, and complete sales during on-site visits.
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and follow up with prequalified leads.
Conduct brief needs assessments, demonstrate products, present pricing, and close sales in person.
Log after each block; zero backlog by EOD.
Coordinate installations and activations and transition customers to support teams as necessary.
Daily route sheet provided.
Required qualifications:
Strong in-person communication skills and persistence in field sales.
Willingness to follow scripts, handle objections, and work within repeatable processes; coachable attitude.
Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends.
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with a data plan.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation and advancement:
Commission-based compensation with a paid training bonus and a structured ramp that includes shadowing and ride-alongs.
Uncapped commissions with additional weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.
Territories are mapped and supplied with quality warm/hot leads to reduce cold calling.
Opportunities to progress to Team Lead or Manager-in-Training roles as operations expand.
Target on-target earnings (OTE): $40,000 60,000+ per year. Travel is limited to the local territory; a mileage policy applies as described in written agreements.
