Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission Position Summary:
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs, recommend the best solutions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: · Meet with residential customers in-home to evaluate HVAC needs and recommend appropriate systems · Meet with residential contractors and build estimates for new construction homes · Provide detailed and accurate estimates and proposals · Educate customers on available products, services, financing, and warranties · Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new leads through self-sourced efforts (referrals, local networking, etc.) · Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets · Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: · Prior experience in professional sales · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong customer service orientation and a consultative sales approach · Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic · Detail oriented · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation · High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) What We Offer: · Competitive base salary plus commission · Company-provided leads and marketing support · Paid training and ongoing professional development · Health, dental, and vision insurance · Simple IRA (retirement) plan with 3% company match · Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (depending on role) · Supportive, team-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52, $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Company car Dental insurance Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
