RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of residential apartment buildings, turnover of vacant units, and overall property upkeep at one of our high-end communities. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards and continue our growth.
- Respond promptly to service requests and repairs, performing related tasks as needed.
- Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure new residents experience a seamless and welcoming transition.
- Follow established preventative maintenance and required safety inspection programs for properties and equipment.
- Develop and maintain the technical skills required to provide exceptional service, minimizing the need for external vendors.
- Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the District Manager.
- Participate actively in the on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support for property needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance.
- HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications required.
- Proficiency in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Valid driver's license required.
