Job Overview The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp is seeking a high-performing Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant to conduct in-home consultations and close premium plumbing solutions in the South Bay / San Jose & surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You'll be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners-from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes.

Key Responsibilities- Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs- Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence- Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements- Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service- Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution- Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades

Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in residential plumbing sales and installations- Proven success with commission-based, in-home plumbing sales- Deep technical knowledge of tankless systems-Navien certification highly preferred- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset- Ability to work independently and manage sales appointments- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
