Compensation: $178,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car California Real Estate Sales or Brokers License Pursuing real estate as their primary profession About Company Since teaming up in May 2012, The Berns Team has assisted over 1,300 families with their real estate needs.
