Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities
  • Develop strong connections with clients to understand and cater to their specific needs effectively
  • Conduct consultations with both buyers and sellers to match them with their perfect properties
  • Organize and host engaging open houses that showcase our listings and attract qualified buyers
  • Oversee property transactions to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved
  • Expand the client base through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide knowledgeable guidance to clients for informed decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid real estate license
