Residential Sales Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 180k/year - Weymouth, MA

• Our client, a residential mechanical servicing company in Weymouth, MA is looking for a Residential Sales Manager to provide direction for 7 in-home sales representatives. The firm has a great reputation in the industry, and is looking to grow.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Residential Sales Manager will oversee 7-9 sales reps and provide direction and assistance in the sales cycle. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for distributing leads, watching for sales opportunities, and helping representatives close business. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for KPIs as well as helping sales reps to understand and hit their metrics. In addition, the Residential Sales Manager will handle hiring/firing and the overall vision of your team.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess 5+ years of sales leadership, preferably in an in-home sales organization or B2B service organization. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess a technical aptitude, servant leadership mentality, and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Compensation includes a base salary in the 150k - 180k/year range, as well as a quarterly bonus based on sales performance that could add another 30k - 60k.
