About the role
You’ll help homeowners choose the right internet/TV/mobile/energy/solar packages by combining routed leads with neighborhood canvassing. Follow a simple field process, close on the doorstep, and log activity the same day.
What you’ll do
Cover pre-mapped streets and priority blocks daily; meet scheduled warm/hot leads.
Use a short needs check, show options on tablet, and close on-site .
Hit daily targets (doors/conversations/demos/closes) and log results before the next block.
Confirm installs/activations and hand off cleanly to support.
Join weekly coaching huddles and leaderboard reviews.
What you’ll bring
Strong face-to-face communication and persistence.
Coachable mindset; comfortable with scripts and repeatable steps.
Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with data.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based pay with a paid training bonus and structured ramp (shadowing/ride-alongs).
