Responsibilities: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrival involves stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom scouring/sanitation Replenishing linens, amenities, and supplies is also an essential task Trash disposal and cleaning appliances need to be done on a regular basis Interacting with guests, responding to requests, and assisting with directions and resort information is crucial to providing excellent customer service To work as a housekeeping host/hostess, basic qualifications include being at least 18 years old, able to lift heavy objects, and working with chemicals. A year of previous housekeeping experience is preferred, as well as the ability to speak multiple languages.
