Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business needs and optimize efficiency. Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards. Ensure inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the General Manager on achieving sales targets and operational goals. Uphold brand standards and ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry.
