Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and refined guest journey.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop both front-of-house and culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of service, anticipating guest needs and addressing operational challenges with discretion and poise.
  • Support financial performance through effective budget management, inventory control, and vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and beverage licensing regulations, upholding the integrity of the dining experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement through thoughtful training initiatives and service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and elevate teams.
  • Strong command of restaurant financials, inventory systems, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in high-pressure, high-profile dining environments.
