Assistant General Manager – What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
Create a positive, guest-focused environment
Coach, develop, and retain top talent
Collaborate with the GM to drive sales and manage costs
Ensure food safety and compliance standards are met
Champion innovation and continuous improvement Assistant General Manager Qualifications: 3+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience opening new restaurants (preferred)
Passion for hospitality and Asian cuisine Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits: $70,000–$75,000 base + quarterly performance bonus
