Join Our Team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager (AM) to lead our restaurant operations. As the operations leader, you will focus on enhancing profitability, delivering exceptional guest service, developing our team, and managing daily operations efficiently. Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will oversee a team of 20-45 Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, ensuring we meet our key performance goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Profitability Manage and control inventory costs while conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections. Efficiently place and receive inventory truck orders. Keep an updated list of all restaurant assets for better management. Oversee the preventative maintenance of the restaurant facility and equipment to align with company standards, coordinating with external vendors when needed. Ensure strict adherence to cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawer audits. Guest Experience Inspire and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service in a clean environment. People Development Offer coaching and feedback to team members, elevating restaurant performance and capabilities. Operations Management Guide the restaurant team to efficient and accurate product preparation, ensuring prompt service within established guidelines. Uphold vital operational and brand standards to enhance our service quality. Step in to perform the duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed. Qualifications and Skills: At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college preferred. 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, with management experience being a plus. Basic understanding of P&L interpretation to positively influence profitability. Demonstrated leadership abilities and understanding of guest service principles. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to handle long and/or irregular shifts as necessary for restaurant operations.
