Qualifications:

  • Minimum of1+ year of foodservice management experienceas a General Manager.
  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience withinventory management, cost controls, and cash handling.
  • Willingness to handle all aspects ofinterviewing, hiring, and terminations.
  • A business-focused approach to operations and decision-making.


What Youll Do

As General Manager, youll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations at a high level.
  • Drive performance and engagement of the management team and team members.
  • Implement effective training programs to develop staff.
  • Oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Work toward achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the restaurant with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
