Description: As a Restaurant General Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Manage budgets and identify opportunities to optimize expenses. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to uphold service standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Address and resolve concerns from both customers and crew members promptly. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new employees. Evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance. Prepare regular performance reports. Resolve issues such as profit declines, employee conflicts, and loss of business. Ensure financial wellness by meeting food cost and labor goals, while maintaining P&L awareness across all categories. Essential Skills: Proven experience in a General Manager or similar executive role. Experience in strategic planning and budgeting. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Capacity to stand for 8-10 hours. Work Schedule: The position requires a commitment of 53 hours per week, with a defined schedule expectation.
