Description: Responsible for developing retail charter sales. The successful individual will identify, qualify and develop relationships with C-Level executives and HNW individuals. They will successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle. In addition, they will manage and maintain sales leads generated by marketing, inside sales, and referrals from Pentastar business units. It is expected the person in the position will aggressively tackle prospecting and individual activities to generate charter customers Requirements: -Previous charter sales experience -An established book of retail charter clients -Experienced sales hunter/prospector -Knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar) -Strong negotiation skills -Team player -Self-directed & highly motivated -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -College degree preferred, not required -Experience with various flight operations software (Pentastar uses FL3XX/Tuvoli) -Experience with FAA 135 Operations -Goal/results oriented -High level of integrity This position is supported by our 24/7 Flight Operations Control Center, as well as 2nd shift and weekend sales staff.
