The starting base pay rate for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition is: $18.27 per hour. What you'll be doing... Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. Great starting position within the company! Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Preferred (but not required): Experience working in a commission-based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
