As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the T-Mobile brand, creating excitement around our products and services. You'll excel in a technology-driven landscape while providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, in-store, or through Customer Care. Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of the latest technology and personalized solutions. Uphold service excellence with integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding. Participate in training and continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills. Handle cash and assist with store operations as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and refer small business leads. Qualifications: Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive. Proven experience in customer service and/or sales (retail preferred). Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment. Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals. At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
