We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate - Leadership Role, passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping team members meet their personal goals in a dynamic setting. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued by dedicating time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Serving as an expert in our product offerings, which includes both private labels and tailored clothing, to effectively market and sell our apparel. Building a top-notch, customer-focused sales team by offering continuous coaching and training in sales techniques and operational practices. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus but not necessary). Proven experience in superior customer service and effective problem/complaint resolution. Flexibility to provide support to various store locations.
