Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (e.g., lifting merchandise).
