About the Role: As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the right mattress and sleep solution for their needs. This isn’t high-pressure sales—it’s about listening, learning, and providing a great experience. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a strong income through commission and bonuses, all while being part of a company that supports your growth.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend the best sleep solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Operate point-of-sale systems and handle basic administrative tasks. Learn and stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions. Work independently and take ownership of the in-store experience.

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation to your assigned store in the Indianapolis area. Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A friendly, customer-first attitude. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
