Your Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with our product offerings and features. Effectively resolve customer issues while managing multiple inquiries in a bustling retail environment. Support customer needs through omnichannel services to enhance their shopping experience. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Manage floor stock replenishment and deliveries as needed. Communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
