Your Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with our product offerings and features. Effectively resolve customer issues while managing multiple inquiries in a bustling retail environment. Support customer needs through omnichannel services to enhance their shopping experience. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Manage floor stock replenishment and deliveries as needed. Communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers. Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, organized space. Qualities We Value in Our Candidates: A positive, solution-focused attitude. Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
