Responsibilities Connection builder: Be the first point of contact for customers, create a positive and welcoming environment, engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized guidance to help them find the right products and services. Store Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of products and services, stay up to date with trends in the telecommunications/mobile industry, and educate customers about options to meet their needs. Problem Solver: Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments and exchanges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Brand Ambassador: Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. Team Builder: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience, share knowledge, assist with complex inquiries, and provide backup support as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of retail selling experience. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. For some locations, the ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed at interview. Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Pay is competitive and based on factors such as skills and experience. The starting pay rate for this position is $33,696.00$55,357.00 per year, at time of hire, and may vary by location.
