Your responsibilities will include: Assisting leadership in enhancing business performance by driving daily sales and offering constructive feedback to the team. Fostering a strong sales culture focused on building an enthusiastic and dedicated team committed to exceptional guest service. Planning, delegating, and tracking tasks and priorities while maintaining a guest-first approach. Effectively communicating and liaising with the Boutique Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader.
